Happy teachers day!

Well today was a memorable day for me and my classmates. Woah..Friends of old reunite once more. Well, Teck whye sec has really changed alot. Seriously, we've changed alot. In terms of appearance.. hahas..

Well, came in the morning to set up the gears and sound testing. Went to back stage. Met the rest. Then met Wawan. Woah he was gonna to perform too. He's the finalist of Anugerah. Awesome. I thought that his screaming fans were gonna come to our school to support him. but nooo.. none came.

Played the spongebob credits theme song. As soon as the curtain opened. haha.. it was really awkward. Then farhan came in the middle of it. did some funny/clowny moves haha. soon everyone was laughing. Well after that, we start playing Your Guardian Angel. Awesome! Perfect song to play. Most of the them sang along. Waoh... perfect moment...





Anthony's band was awesome! they played BEAT IT by MJ. Woah love the guitar solos that he played. I think he's way better than me... Class secondary 2A danced.. D'yana Sang solo.. then Wawan sang a couple of songs..



After that went to meet and greet our teachers. haha.. the staff room was packed with people... Was Great to meet my Mr Wahab.. My mother tongue teacher. haha.. Awesome.. Also to MDM LIM, TONG, FOO, Miss TEO and MR TAN..



Me and my classmates decided to head back to our old class rooms.. hahas our old table and chairs were there. Still remember the time when We need to spray paint some of the Tables green as it was full of GRAVITY on it. haha! Man, that classroom holds a lot of memories.




Oh well... After that went home... Was So tired.. Took a shower.. Did my afternoon prayers.. then sleep till 7pm.. THen MAKAN TIME!!

BayBEATs 2009!

Well, my Exams are officially over! WOhooo! In holiday mood right now doods! Well, on the 1st day of my holiday, i went to Geylang Serai to shop. went there, and gosh.. It was hot. The sun was blazing up in the clear sky. Woah. decided to break fast at home after shopping.

The second day was awesome. Sunday, we went to Baybeats to catch Anberlin LIVE!!!! WOhooo! Well its the last day of Baybeats 2009. this year's line was quite disappointing luh. No much kickass band played for Baybeats. Oh well, at least there's Anberlin! Reached there around 9 plus... Met the rest there. Watched a performance from a punk rock band from the Philippines. They were okay luh to me. Then, the moment i've been waiting for.. ANberlin. Hahas, the band was delayed for 15 minutes due to technical difficulties. Fans were pissed. haha Chaos! Anyway waited in the Hot Crowd. WOah.. It was the longest 15 mins i've experience... Then BOOOMMM!

They played really loud and hard! FUHHH... tak bleh angs lah.. Each time i was heading towards the mosh pit. Closer and closer.. haha.. was avoiding it luh.. Everyone was high and wild. It was off the hook! Drenched in sweat after that. after that went home. Hitched a ride on one of friend's father's car cause we missed the last bus and mrt. oh well.. 2moro will be another big day cause my band and i will be playing for the teachers day concert at teck whye sec school..

Eleventh Hour....

Yo guys whats up! firstly i would like to say Selamat Berpuasa to all of my Muslim friends!

Well, on the first day of ramadan, we've got a gig offer for the Ben and Jerry Chunk Fest. But we need to audition for it.It was kindda last minute stuff luh. I didnt expect us to go through. So we headed down to the Cathay Cinelesure for the auditions. We played EMPTY. Woah! A great performance! The judges are Jack, Rai and some guy in a blue Tshirt. hahas.

Well Jack and Rai praised us! They love our performance and the song! I'm So happy to hear that. But the unknown guy dosen't seem to know weather the song that we played will do good to the Chunk Fest. lol. Farhan make up a story to ensure that we can go through to the next round. Well it's got something to do with eating Ben and Jerry's ice cream while writing the song Empty luh.. haha.. The judges find it hilarious. hahas.. Well, it worked. Got to the next round.

The next day, went there to play again. Before our performance starts, one of my guitar strings went wrong. DAMMIT!!!!!!! I was asking around from the other bands to lend their guitar. Luckily on of the dudes was kind enough to lend it to me. Tuned it and went up to play Empty and In thoes eyes (acoustic version). Empty was alright. But I cocked up while playing in thoes eyes. I forget to tune Drop D and we were all over the place. haha.. IT was a MESS!!!

Oh well, the judges yet again praised on the EMPTY performance.. Okay... But.. i thought they were gonna give harsh comments on the second performance.. but they were nice guys.. they told us to improve on the song and work on it. well okay.. fair enough...

Then the moment of truth... We did not make it.... awwwww.... darn it... oh well.. at least we tried our best.

Well now i need to start studying for the last two papers.

In the end of time.

Hey DUdes! Its been a while since i've blogged. Well I'd just wanna say that All Of My Projects Are DONE!!! AWESOME!!! HAHA!But not for my Examination. Two papers are done. Left three to go! This week will be the study week. No lectures but have to do self-study at home. Holidays are getting closer. OH YEAH!

So, saturday i went to scape with the gang to attend a gig. There's this EP launch by a band called Fire Away Samson, Tacit Aria and SavingSomeone. Well there's special appearance by Faceoff and The Barracade. I bet most of you will have not heard of these bands. Well they are the local bands. You guys should check them out. Especially Faceoff! Well as for the other bands, they're awesome too. After the gig, walked around town all night. Then went home. There's another gig on the next day. But was too tired uh. Slept so late, and woke up so late. haha. Waited all day to watch BPL! Oh YEAH! Manutd won. Then late at night, i've received a phone call. I was informed that my band had a gig offer. On sunday, 23/8/2009, at youth park! awesome! But, but... There's some hiatus in the band.. so we may cancle it uh.. :(


Oh well. Next week will be the start of the month of ramadan. So blessed that i'm able to replenish the sins that i've done, by doing good deeds during the fasting month. I hope so.. Well i need to starton my revision 2moro. 2moro will be my maths revision. Have to come to school to do revision. Thnx to my teacher. After that planned to play streetsoccer after that. hehe.. okok.. Wohooo!

Orite guys, im so exhausted this week. it was such a busy week. Lucky 2moro i have no lesson. I can rest at home or meaby continue revising my work. well, i've finished 2/4 of my projects!!!! That's the "WOOOHHOOO" im talking about!!!

Got 2 more projects to be completed by next week. I think i have only 2 weeks left before my examination begins. I can predict that next week will be the same as this week's. Tiring... (phew!) went to pulau ubin last saturday to do one of the projects. it is to observe the ecosystem over there. ok la quite tiring.



Oh well, last last sunday was my band's gig. It was held in L'QUBE studios. I would like to thnk all the support and hard work of the organizers had put in to make it a success. and the peeps that came down. U guys are the best! :)
It was awesome la. Sweaty like hell (even tough there's air con was in full blast!) the place was packed with people. Well after the sweaty performance, i was down with slight fever again. walao! But im glad that im fever free right now! Thank GOD.

Oh well that's all! Till time...

Workoholic!

Well im actully posting for the sake of posting. This week is one of the hardest weeks yet. Damn! So tired. Projects had to be handed up. Last minute editing.. Assignments.. bla bla bla... well soo long guys.. :)

A letter to someone...

Well today i did not went to school. no class 2day. so i performed friday prayers at cck mosque. met mazdi and gang at mosque. A so called small teck whye friends reunion. Talked crap most of the time... Chat about life and so on.. Oh well..

After solat went home to have lunch. After that i packed my guitar and gadgets for teachers day audition. I had to bring one whole trolley full of crap to my secondary school. haha. like im going on a summer tour. haha. dragged my sorry trolley to school. i was quite nervous while i walked to school. met farhan and harith outside school. hairi came along too. but went off to work after that. sufiyan, bassist was sick and syahir, drummer was busy. so we decided to play acoustic. Played "empty" first followed by "heart shadows". was an "C-" performance. cause its an acoustic line up. not usual for us. oh well after that there's no more bands to audition.. since we had free time, we jammed some songs for the small group of audience.

after that, we found out that we make the cut!! we are through! we will be playing for teachers day! but we have to play acoustic. its like wtf! This year's theme was "RETRO".. haha! well i think the teachers had seen enough of rock band for the past 5 years during teachers day. After that we went home.

AT night, i went to watch harry potter 6 with my family. it was alright uh. a little bit of action. harry potter 5 had alot more action. to me la. well the best part was the last part. when snape killed dumbledore. oh man, it was emotional. some of the people in the theater were crying. i can hear some them sobbing. haha. hearing them makes me wanna cry too. but i hold it back. well overall it was okay.

I've been fighting this bad fever for the past two days.. Tough time man.. I can still remember around 4am yesterday, i was shivering like i was on drugs. well actually i was taking way too much panadols. Can't sleep for like an hour.. It was cold. I think it's it's side effect. hmmm.. oh well, i think that im feeling much better already.

Today, i missed friday prayers due to this sickness, had to miss my group project meeting. But manage to come for CEC lecture. I also had to miss playing street soccer that my classmates had planned. Walao! I hate being sick! The fever strain in Np is starting to spread. 5 of my classmates are now down with fever. ( WHy Ngee-an POLY so stubborn! They should have extend the holidays to 1 more week.. This might have not happen to us.. grr..)

Have alot of catching up to do with my studies.. bye bye!!

Today's the first day of school of term two. 1st thing we did in maths class was making jokes.. Studied A level "based" topic. Damn "sian".. Hard as hell. Must not be fooling around too much. I;m still in the holiday mood. Have to change my mind set and focus on my studies.

Just found out that i did well for the past common test. WOOHOOOO!!! I did not fail for a single paper! Im so happy that all the constant revision during the last few weeks of the 1st term paid off.. Oh well.. this is the only the 1st test. there's plenty for me in the future.. Have to be prepared..

Ecology presentation was okay. I was speeding my presentation. haha. because i have to leave early to meet my bandmates.. To continue recording. WOW MR SAMI was awesome. LEt me go an hour early just like that.. hehe.. he's a good lecturer. Oh well Completed 3 songs.. i think.. Glad thats over.. Now, i have to get back my focus on my studies.. SLEEPING TIME! Well, I'm officially addicted to the NEW green day album. WOOHHOO AWESOME!! 100 percent PUnK ROCK! The song that you probably hearing from my music player is called The american Eulogy. Its actually about.. {I don't give a SHIT for those WHO HATES PUnK ROCk!} haha! No la.. Actually green day is all about being WHO you are.. (Just do what you want.. OMG! Im back from TNT recording studios! WOW!! Dream come true...

Well.. It all started with yesterday's incident. We all decided to postponed our recording dates to September cause our singer Farhan had high fever, sore throat and flu... Called the owner of the TNT studios at 12 am (SIAO UH!) well no choice mah.. better to tell him in advance. Well kena lecture by him.. about telling him the last minute (and all uh).. So we decided to record the music without the vocals...

Reached there around 5.50pm. met syahir and harith outside the studio. So shocked to see a number of extra people with them. Turns out to be their RP friends. walao paiseh sia.. They all wanted to see us record. haha. They seemed nice. The girls ok la "pretty" la.. (very sociable and friendly.. in my opinion, its really hard to meet these kind of girls.. malay girls "some more"!.. well to me la.. most of you might disagree with me..) THe boys.. well there's only one boy.. haha..

Anyway.. We recorded the drums first then the guitars.. hmmm well for the bass.. (there's some hiatus going on with our bassist S'yan.. We'll be recording it next time.)Then bla bla bla.... Finished recording drums and both guitars in 2hr 40mins for 3 songs.. THat's a new record!! haha no la.. after that we waited for the uncle "aka the producer" (haha) to sort the the pieces accordingly. Syahir and his friends went home first cause they've got school 2moro. Waited with Harith. After that.. WOW! It turns out great! I couldn't stop smiling man! seriously! Damn happy!

Well After that we went home. Probably in my calculation, the EP will be ready in late 2009. Hope it turns out great. (prayers) BYEBYE!

21Guns...

OK.. Just heard a bad news. Some of the people living in yew tee are diagnosed with swine flu. Walao... im staying in chua chu kang. one of them diagnosed with the deadly virus is one of farhan's close friends.. another is his other friend's father.. walao so frightening.. Hope that they will recover soon. That's be to GOD.

Anyway, yesterday's plan was to go sentosa with the gang.. but all didnt want to go as there's too little people going. Most of them were sick. So only left a few of us. So we decided to go to esplanade waterfront to catch performance from a couple of bands.. One of the band were like the british indie band (Okay la.. not bad). The other band was Off the Hook! THey were awesome! An overweight female singer in the band.. hmm not bad. They sounded like paramore mix with saosin... Overall awesome performance..

Oh well.. next week is the last week of the two week term beak. planed to catch up on my studies and projects.. And also to watch transformers!! Wohoo! OK BYE BYE!

Well, Yesterday went to THE PC SHoW with syahir and gang.. Follow them to buy some supplys.. It was pack, crowded, chaos and cheap. I was so dizzy after that.

Today went to school to complete my maths assignment with classmates. After that, went to the street soccer court to play soccer. we played like for 3 hours. wah so tired... I played like a maniac.. jumping, "flying kick volley" "freestyle step overs" bla bla bla.. HAHA.. im insane when it comes to street soccer. too hyper la...
After that went to makan place to eat.

After that went home.. Took a shower then solat asar... Immediately i got redy to go to jam with the guys.. man so tired ahhh.. Btw, nice to meet up with some of my school mates in sec 4. OK la I need to sleep. bye bye!

No boundaries by kris allen is damn shiok! Addicted to it. Now i think that kris is the true american idol. At 1st i thought adam deserves to win it. but till i found out that he was a "gay boy" (eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.....), then i hand it to kris man. he's awesome!

Anyway, yesterday i took my maths common test. i hope i can pass it lah. Today is Structural machanics exams. Just completed last year's common test paper. i hope i can answer all the questions. oh well... After SM, this will be last paper that got to do with numbers..Next three papers will be all words and content. damn it. Ok..... This is like the week of non-stop revision. Feels like im studying for the o'levels again! AHH!! But anyway, it's for my own good uh.

Well, today i met teck yi and gang in the bus while i was heading to school.They are now in secondary 5. walao. they all look so different. haha well, kindda miss seeing them in school. I miss secondary life. oh well. Its awkward talking to them la. as always.. cause we are so called "not in the same world." i guss? lol

Anyway,i stayed back in school to do my revision with the gang. Got time to solat. But did not solat "maghrib". Damn I'll repray.. I promise dear GOD. Well I feel its a good revision. Did cleared some douts. Well reached home around 9.45pm. Tired.. Well i plan to study again at 12am-2am as i listen to 89.7FM "misteri jam 12"
haha... well cause 2moro school starts at 1pm.

Well today school was actually not school.. we went to a pre-cast concrete factory at sungai kadut. well interesting and ingenious. loads of pics taken for the site report. still i don't know how to write and describe it in words. oh well im sure i can figure that out.

Well 1st of all i need to apologies to all you prison break fans that had not seen season 4. Well scofield died. Just finished watching Prison break "FINAL BREAK". A mini movie that showed how Micheal really die. Long story la.. He sacrificed his life to save sarah and Micheal Scofield JR 's life. That's all i can say.. haha. see for your catch it dudes.. really an awesome ending.

Ok, Manutd lost to barca'... so sad.. haha.. not to me la.. last year win redy mah.. Wanted to feel the sweet taste of defeat.. and my wish was granted. . haha.. ok la Cristiano pls go to Madrid, Teves pls stay, ribery pls come, and nani just go!

It's 11.50am, saturday 23rd may 2009. Just finish watching Prison break's last episode. Man what a show.. The ending was very very sad. Yea Micheal Scofield died in the end. After all that he died because of cancer. The ending almost made me cry. ;( The sad song played. Well, best Tv series I've ever watched!

Ok back to reality. I think that im putting more and more weight because of the massive consumption of coffee, food Etc in poly. man got to lose some weight somehow. Planning to go to the gym in Np after school. But i have to attend the orientation Gym for year 1 before having the privilege to be a member. DAMN. SO DAMN LECEH! That's all. Bye BYe!

Friends of old.

Wokay guys, last weekend i've managed to catch up with my secondary four class mates. we went to marina barrage to chill and slack. Played twister, eat, eat and eat!! haha. well, it was fun though. well it was all worth it to be together again as a class.

After that i had to meet up with farhan and gang to catch a movie as i had promised them. so i have to break chrysler's heart by saying, " i need meet up my friend". walao, then wei hao say " so we are not your friends uh ok ok bye". Felt guilty though. but i tried to "balance my friendship uh". haha.

Anyway, the movie was awesome. UNINVITED was great. need to pay loads attention if you are watching it. After the movie, went to The F1 track to catch the red bull "stunt bikers" walao! one word, AWESOME!! 1st time ever in singapore! they were awesome! but we were late. soon it ended.After that Watched the last 10 mins of the manutd match againts arsenal at the big screen just beside the floating stage platform. Score draw.. Boring.. luckily i did'nt watch the whole match. WOHOO manutd won! After that, Jln2. Then bussed home.

OK. that's that. I'm quite satisfied on how im progressing in studies and projects. all in all im in great shape. Im lacking of confidence to do the common test. haha. ok bye2. I'll update soon!
